• Return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, our packaging with tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
• Customers pay return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping, duties, or taxes.

Exchange advice Due to fast sell-outs, we recommend buying the desired item/size online and returning the original for refund or credit.

• We will arrange free return shipping for refund or replacement.
• Faulty claims accepted within 6 months only.
• Damage from normal wear, accident, or misuse is not covered.
• Once received, a refund will applied to your original method of payment (gift cards are non refundable), within 2-3 business days.
